Getting started
Do I need any hardware to start?+
No. GOZO works on any Android phone or modern web browser. The Smart Collar is optional and ships in Q4 2026.
How long does setup take?+
Most farms are up and running in under 10 minutes — sign up with phone OTP, add your first cage, and start tagging your herd.
Can I import my existing records?+
Yes. Use the CSV import tool to bring your entire herd in one go, or photograph and tag manually inside the app.
Which languages are supported?+
English, Hindi and Marathi out of the box. More Indian languages roll out through 2026.
Plans & billing
What plans do you offer?+
Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly subscriptions — all unlock the full platform. Pick the rhythm that suits your farm.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or switch billing cycles from in-app billing anytime. Changes apply at the next renewal.
Which payment methods do you support?+
UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking and wallets via Razorpay. Franchise customers can be invoiced directly.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from in-app billing. Your data stays exportable for 90 days after cancellation.
Academy & training
Is the Academy included in every plan?+
Yes. All subscribers get full access to 117 chapters across Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert tracks.
Do I get a certificate?+
Yes. Pass the in-app quiz (70%+) and unlock a shareable PDF certificate per track.
Can my staff learn separately?+
Yes. Invite team members under your farm — each gets their own progress and certificates.
Smart Collar
When does the collar launch?+
Pilot deployments in Q3 2026, public launch Q4 2026. Join the waitlist on the Smart Collar page.
How long does the battery last?+
Up to 90 days on a single USB-C charge under normal BLE polling.
Does it work without internet?+
Yes. BLE syncs locally when you're near the herd; LoRa fallback handles long-range cloud sync.
How do I reserve one?+
Existing GOZO farms get priority allocation. Add yourself to the waitlist from the Smart Collar page.
Data & privacy
Who owns my farm data?+
You do — always. Export everything (livestock records, finance, health logs) to CSV/PDF from settings.
Where is my data stored?+
On encrypted servers in Mumbai (AWS ap-south-1). Daily encrypted backups for 30 days.
Is GOZO DPDP / GDPR compliant?+
Yes. We comply with India's DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR for export customers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Offline & devices
Does GOZO work offline?+
Yes. The Android app is offline-first — record vaccines, weights and movements without signal, and it syncs when you're back online.
Which Android version is supported?+
Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above. The app is also available as a Progressive Web App on any modern browser.
Is there an iOS app?+
iOS is on the 2027 roadmap. The web app works great on iPhone in the meantime.
